Parents Association
Becoming involved in the PA is an excellent way for you to play an active role in your child’s education and personal growth at Ballyoughter National School.
As a parent/guardian you are automatically a member of Ballyoughter NS Parents Association and can contribute to discussions at the AGM, assist in events, organise events, join the committee.
Getting Involved
If you are available to assist our hard-working Parents Association Committee we would love to hear from you. We are always in need of volunteers and new ideas!
Attend Meetings
The Parents Association is run by a committee of parents/guardians.
Every October, the PA holds its AGM, where committee members can be elected on the night by attending parents/guardians. Watch out for the meeting notification from the school office.
Joining the Parents’ Association is also a means of getting to know new people while at the same time making a real contribution to your child’s education.
